Delivery Definition and Guide

Delivery Guide

Most tile orders are delivered on a pallet using a large delivery vehicle. Please make sure there is suitable kerbside access for the delivery.

We usually arrange and confirm a delivery date with you to make sure someone is available to receive the order, as a signature is required upon delivery.

If your property has soft ground, gravel, a steep or sloping road, narrow access, restricted turning space, or is unsuitable for an 18-tonne lorry, please inform us before delivery so we can arrange a suitable delivery option.

After delivery, please unpack and check your tiles as soon as possible. Any damaged tiles must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, preferably with clear photographs of the damaged tiles and packaging.

We will call you to arrange delivery, please make sure you have the tiles at the address at least 3-5 days before your fitter is due to start, so you have time to inspect the tiles and ensure everything is correct.
Yes — collection may be available on selected products. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and collection details.
